1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Domainun website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Services

Domainun provides a suite of tools for domain investors, including but not limited to domain name generation, valuation algorithms, email extraction and filtering tools, and a marketplace for buying and selling domains.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account management page. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally provided only for technical errors on our part.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include:

• Using the email extraction tools for spamming or sending unsolicited emails in violation of CAN-SPAM or GDPR.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or scrape data from our platform.
• Listing domains that infringe on trademarks or intellectual property rights of others.
• Sharing your account credentials with multiple users (unless on an Enterprise plan).

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Domainun and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your data (generated lists, portfolio data) remains yours. We claim no ownership over the domains you discover or list using our tools.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Domainun makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of domain valuations, the availability of domains generated, or the success of your investments.

Domain valuations are estimates based on algorithms and should not be considered as financial advice or a guarantee of sale price.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Domainun, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
